My name is Sharon Lange and I am a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. With my help, you will achieve your fitness goals and feel confident in yourself and your body. I believe in creating a positive and fun environment out of the safe space of your home (in person in Kelowna, BC or online) for everyone to become the best version of themselves.

About Sharon Lange

I was born and raised in Germany and have always found that different sports and activities were an outlet for me and helped me feel better.

I started teaching dance and fitness classes to kids and teenagers at the age of 16 and after a few years decided to travel and explore the world.

That is when I found myself working out in gyms and feeling the benefits of gaining strength and with that my confidence started growing and growing.

I would love for everyone to be able to feel the same way, no matter what age, gender or conditions / health!
My passion is helping people feel confident in themselves and their body and strength. As a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, I have been guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle since 2019. With my guidance, you will build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and fitness goals. Let's transform your body and make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

Outdoor Bootcamp Classes - Kelowna

Fitness for Everybody

Open to all levels and ages! Enjoy a 45min workout in a shaded park in Kelowna during the warmer seasons.

You'll get to sweat through a full body workout including bodyweight, cardio and weight exercises while being outside.

All you will need to bring is an exercise mat, water and a sweat towel.

I teach every:
- Wednesday at 7pm at Jack Robertson Park (1655 Willow Crescent)

- Saturday at 8:30am at Kinsmen Park (end of Patterson Ave)
